What is homeopathy?
The following is a generally accepted definition of homeopathy:
“Homeopathy is a system of natural health care that has been in worldwide use for over 200 years.Homeopathy treats each person as a unique individual with the aim of stimulating their own healing ability. A homeopath selects the most appropriate medicine based on the individual’s specific symptoms and personal level of health.” (School of Homeopathy)
How can I help?
I have helped clients with a wide range of conditions using homeopathy, ranging form a simple cold to chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia or sensitivity to infrasound. My particular areas of expertise include: highly sensitive clients; hormonal difficulties in women; cystitis; environmental illness; grief and its long-term effects.
Which approaches do I use?
I take into account not just the physical, but also the emotional, mental, and spiritual side of a client’s experience – as is usual in homeopathy. From among the many different approaches in homeopathy (e.g., Hahnemann, Kent, Boenninghausen, polarity method, sensation method, etc.) , I choose the one that best fits my client and their personality. Where appropriate, I also combine homeopathy with other approaches such as tissue salts, Bach flowers, or gemmotherapy.
